I am an accredited Cognitive Analytic Therapy Practitioner, qualified Social Worker and Mindful Self-Compassion teacher with over 30 years experience working in health and social care in a wide range of settings, from criminal justice, through serious mental illness to cancer and palliative care services.
I work from two venues in Hove: Psychology Sussex 6 The Drive Hove and The Practice Rooms 160-162 Church Rd Hove
